Returns Policy

​

At K D Ladders we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.

We understand that sometimes you change your mind after you have ordered and that occasionally items can be damaged in transit.

Should you wish to cancel your purchase please contact us via email at kddirect@talktalk.net.

No returns will be accepted or processed without a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) being issued by  KD Ladders. Goods are not supplied on a trial basis. Customers are responsible for verifying suitability of goods before purchasing.

​

To cancel your contract, please pack the relevant item(s) securely, and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we recieve it within the 23 days after the item was delivered.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

Customers are responsible for the delivery costs of returning the goods. Please email our sales department kddirect@talktalk.net to arrange a return.

​

You will be refunded in full (except for delivery charges) once the goods have been received and confirmed “as new”. You will be liable for all administrative costs associated with the return of the goods, and this may well constitute a restocking fee, of which you will be advised when arranging your return.

​

Returns must be adequately packed and the RAN number clearly displayed without marking the original packaging.

We do not accept returns after 30 days from the day of receipt of goods, or on goods without their original packaging and which cannot be sold again “as new.”

​

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. 

If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

You may contact us via email at kddirect@talktalk.net to cancel any product you may have purchased in our store.

 If any product purchased in our shop is delivered damaged or incomplete you can obtain a replacement or a full refund provided the product is returned to us or we agree to the replacement without sight of the damaged item.

​

You have 23 days to cancel your purchase from the date you receive your order for any/no reason under the European Communities Protection of Consumers in Respect of Contracts made by Means of Distance Communication Regulations 2001.

Returning Damaged Products

If you suspect that the products supplied to you through our Shop are faulty or damaged please contact us via email at kddirect@talktalk.net  where one of our team will help you through the process of potentially rectifying your issue or returning the damaged products.
